It was reported that Christopher Columbus introduced it for the first time in the Europe as it was not known before. Even after it was introduced, it was not sure what to use it for? Portuguese and Spanish People discover it in Africa. It was cultivate and use as a fruit there. Later when they arrived in Goa, India(the part of South Asia), they started to use it abundantly in their dishes and thus it spread gradually in all parts of the South Asia.
There are many kinds of "Hottest Chili" but the "bhut Jolokia" or Ghost Pepper" is known as the one of the "Hottest Chili" in the world. It's other nicknames are as; Naga Jolokia, Bih Jolokia, Barbih Jolokia Chili Pepper and many others in different parts of the world.
It is called "King Cobra" in English as it has deadly heated chili and keep resemblance to the poison of the King Cobra but don't be scare as it is not going to make you dead. It has also some health benefits as it contains vitamin "C" abundantly and carotene too. Some quantity of vitamin "B", Potassium, Magnesium and Iron is also found in it. It is also not very expensive and can be found almost everywhere in the world.
Hottest Chili abundantly found in certain parts like Assam and India naturally but now being cultivated in all over the world. In many part of the world it has been import from here as the chili found here is known as of the best quality. It has been using in many dishes to increase the taste and also its beauty, to serve in a best way that can attract the eaters.
To have a better taste it is better to crush or grind it. Before grind keep it in your mind that its particles must not be fly in the air because they can make you sneeze or can cause the breathing problems. So, to avoid these problems grind them in small bowl and in small quantities to avoid any uncertain problem.
